RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The return period is 14 days starting from the date it reaches you. Returns that are made after 14 days from the delivery of the product will not be accepted.
To return your products for FREE, you need to obtain a return shipping code. Follow the steps in the "How can I process the return?" question to get a return shipping code, or contact the customer representatives of the relevant platform where you purchased the product.
You can return your products using the courier company shown in the return procedure. Returns sent with a different courier company will not be accepted.
If the products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may need to return them to you. Moreover, when returning the products that have reached you in good condition but you do not like, please make sure to pack them carefully. They should reach us in the same good condition that we sent to you. If there is a shipping-related issue with the products you send to us, our company informs the relevant platforms by taking photos. In this case, no refund will be made.
When returning the products, do not forget to include the invoice information we sent you inside the package.
In case of a user error or technical problem with electronic devices, you can deliver the product to the authorized service center in your city with the warranty certificate that comes out of the box, as it is under service guarantee. We recommend you to keep your warranty certificate in this case.
If you receive a damaged or broken product after your order arrives, please contact us to request a replacement product.
